    Limited land and long dry season difficult to

    grow crops easily

    Northern part of Ilocos Norte still hit by lots

    of typhoons, because of southwest monsoon

    Government can give financial help to farmers

    if crops are not abundant, also to peoplewhose houses are destroyed by typhoons
