Curriculum Statement
Priority 1: Monitoring – ensuring teaching is at least good. Checking progress of all children.
• Autumn: Peer observations, parent evening. Spring: Headteacher observations, parent evening. Summer: SLT observations, written reports.
• Planning proforma agreed and all planning placed on server.
• Links made between each subject area to a governor. Regular email contact made regarding subject progress/developments/challenges.
• Subject leaders to form Action Plans which will be linked to the School Improvement and Development Plan.
• Assessment – New TLR for tracking identified groups and evaluation of interventions.
• Staff training as needed.• Pupil progress meetings.• Peer to peer feedback.• Feedback to children.
Priority 2: Ensuring standards in maths are raised from EYFS to the end of Key Stage 2.

Harvest/Water Aid.• Healthy Eating.• Involving pupils in decisions
regarding development of the school grounds – new trim track.
• Community links maintained and developed – Bircham Centre, Norfolk Children’s Book Centre, Reepham Life Magazine, Open Studios, Reepham High School etc.
• International Links – Japan, France, Germany, Malawi. Peer to peer feedback.
Priority 5: Improve Attendance.
