Mr. Rabbi told the key to success. They took a general test of grad five and categorize the
talents. According to the score of the student we found the talents. Then classified the

Mr. Rabbi said, The recognition giving program is an encourage program. This is a noble

But he says a sorrow that I expect more than
the achievement. In my school there is enough
number of students. Only four or five success is not a great achievement. I agree that there is
few challenges which were frequent discussed with my SMC members and Head Teacher
also. There is not enough class room against student and so on. If though the problem we

lesion to the student. He said that If we ask a proper development of our student needs
active SMC.

8. Challenges:
As the above passages it looks like a successful event. But, few challenges were faced the event.
1. Available time of Honorable Chief Gust: Any event will be successful if the chief gust delivered
few massages to the audience about the arrangement. The program missed this ornament.
9. Observation or Lesson learnt:
The executive Director of PSKS mentioned a massage to audience that the silence of the audience
proves how much the dedication was the teachers and how much perseverance was the students. It is
hardly found a silence audience if though the house would be full with educated. A guardian had no
words to say as his proud and pried reached on atop of heart. He mentioned that I could not think
and believe yet to come to receive recognition of my sons success. A child preyed blessing from all
that he could make such a success in future. A teacher proudly said that we the teachers are happy for
the success of our children and also proud for our dedication in teachings. A SMC president hopes
more result but few challenges are the matter but all the credit goes to my teachers and also the
members of my SMC. And all the gust of the ceremony addressed with their beloved sentences. It is a
symbol of learning. By the voice of the speaker, it is clear; it was a program of rights of identity of the
scholarship scorer. It was a program of creating courage of the children, it was program of expressing
fillings and it was a program of way out to solve the problems.
10. Conclusion
Recognition Giving Ceremony is a designed program of ICDP-SJ in the core objectives of Basic
Education. ICDP-SJ wants to ensure a learning environment with quality education and pays a
gratitude for success intervention. In this regards ICDP-SJ seeks a kind participation of all. ICDP-SJ
wants more subjects to recognize not prize. Recognition of 33 Scholarship scorers is not only the
objects of the program but also it is a revolution of education.
