DELTA TEACHING HOSPITAL

Designed by Vital Konzept, the generated strategy reflects the Client’s vision and objectives for the new teaching hospital to state a functional, flexible, modern, sustainable, its Iconic building represents the new faculty of medicine in the campus and thus, Visualizing a new image for Delta University campus.

The project includes research, education and patient care provisions, utilities, infrastructure and green spaces. The integrated space for medical-research and education on each patient floor, will accelerate the development of new diagnostic tools and treatments.

The facility accommodates a total of 180 patient beds with potential expansion capacity of 230 patient beds, with anticipated floor area of 7,200m². The design provides facilities for the delivery of superlative services for Acute, and Moderate Care along with world-class Academic teaching for Delta region -if not for all the local Egyptian region- in a calm, safe, healing and institutional environment. The Design takes assertive steps to develop and encourage expertise within the current clinical workforce also, providing future opportunities for education and research to be developed and adequate space for expansion.

The structural solution accommodates the capacity for swift and inexpensive change and offers flexibility, adaptability and scope for growth. Innovative approaches were used to improve the program of completion and construction quality. The Design embraces a Modern Sustainable architecture that is sensitive and responsive to Egyptian sensibilities and culture, the local climate and intense daylight.

EL ARABY INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL

Description El Araby International Hospital is a charity project that aims to raise healthawareness in Egypt, and to provide a better healthcare service to the community.

Elaraby hospital is considered the first step to change the healthcare concept in the private Sector.

It provides excellent medical care matching the international standards in such location and it contributes massively to the scientific research and development., it includes around 300 beds divided into 150 beds economist and 100 beds privileged and 48 -bed intensive care and 9 family suites.

The hospital conducted a number of international agreements with Netherlands by an agreement with the Egyptian community in the Netherlands to support the project, and worked out a partnership with the University of Hanover, Germany, and the University of Cleveland in America and the Royal College in England to train medical staff to ensure that the hospital is managed by a group of highly qualified professors and consultants who are a part of the hospital management team.

AHL MASR BURN HOSPITAL

Architectural design, Electro-Mechanical design, Structure design, interior design, value engineering, medical planning services, and construction supervision.

Designed by Vital Konzept, Ahl Masr Burn Hospital will be the largest non-profit burn medical facility in the MENA region with a 120 bed capacity expandable to 180 beds. It includes complete medical services such as operating suites, ambulatory services, diagnostic imaging , rehabilitation and psychotherapy, and laboratories.

An innovative modular design concept was adopted to make the new hospital as easy, modern and efficient as possible for patients. Healing environment and Evidence Based Design concepts were introduced and a children friendly environment was created. Intensive use of light courts and naturally lit spaces helped to maximize sun light penetration. Moreover, a dynamic environmentally-considered facade was designed to utilize the usage of solar cells and to control shade and shadows.

Description Vital Konzept delivered a challenging Facility and medical equipment condition assessment and verification for the existing hospitals in Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed campus. Our design team blended world-class technology and advanced medical expertise with hospitality-focused patient care.

The Master plan unifies previously disconnected buildings linked to create an integrated healthcare campus. All facility elements at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital have been subject to assessment. The assessment comprised hospital buildings, connecting links, power plants, and technical buildings covering all disciplines starting from infrastructure elements up to healthcare planning and sophisticated medical equipment.

The assessment finally came up with recommendations including short and long term plans that will guide the hospital administration in campus

Our design team blended world-class technology and advanced medical expertise with hospitality-focused patient care.

The building unifies previously disconnected structures linked to create an integrated healthcare facility. All major clinical elements at As-Salam International Hospital have been organized to provide patient- and family-friendly care and treatment. The design offers adequate circulation for inpatient, emergency and outpatient services under one roof.

Vital Konzept was appointed to provide full consultancy services of a new green field 500 beds healthcare center, over 15,000 sqm land area with a total Built-up area of 70,000 sqm.

GUC Hospital is designed to stand as a modern unique teaching medical facility with very specialized and extended care models ranging from integrated diagnostic laboratories to intensive care units and stroke units comprising all tertiary hospital services such as surgical theaters, day care centers, a fully equipped radiology and emergency departments.
