The word fuel station comes from refueling and that refers to fuel for internal combustion engines. This year‘s forum shows to its participants what happens when this ecosystem and the related business models are subject to the changing mobility, the pro-gressive digitization of society, as well as government measures.

After years of announcement, the focus is now on the real im-plementation for the industry. This results in digitization of sales processes and digital customer loyalty solutions as well as new cooperation and business opportunities. New mobility services can be a factor for future success.

This unique and mineral oil-specific industry platform, like in the last years planned in cooperation with stolte consult, not only represents “the” discussion platform and “the” starting point for new industry solutions, but also guarantees competent knowledge transfer and active cooperation in an extraordinary ambience.

A special focus of the Forum‘s program, with its numerous lec-tures, are the topics of “In Car Payments” and the new forms of mobility that are currently emerging, the resulting overlap with the automotive industry, as well as emerging market opportuni-ties.

The large industry rounds on both days of the forum provide an intensive exchange of information and opinions at top level on the relationship of the petroleum industry to the automotive and banking industry as well as payment service providers.

Beyond that, with the possibility of your personal workshop selec-tion, you can choose lectures fitting your individual preferences and thus design your personal program for up-to-date first-hand information and expert knowledge.

We look forward to welcoming you as a participant in the forum and evening industry meeting in Hamburg.
