landlord in connection with the lease of multiple car
dealerships in Northern California.
Represented Family Office in the leasing of a
ground up construction retail space to Sterling
Jewelers in Palm Desert.
Represented joint venture in the leasing of over

California.
Represented Vista Investment Group, LLC, as landlord
in a lease transaction for 5,200 square feet of creative
office space in a mixed use building in Los Angeles,
California.
Represented Olive Hill Management, LLC, as landlord in
a lease transaction for office space with a national non‐
profit in Culver City.
Represented Dornin Investment Group as landlord in
office and retail leases consisting of hundreds of
thousands of square feet across a national portfolio.
Represented Stanton Road Capital, a California‐based
real estate investment management firm, as landlord
in connection with a lease transaction for 17,004
square feet of office space in Irving, Texas.
Represented Melrose Crossing, LLC as landlord in connection with the lease up of commercial space to Breather Products US, Inc.
Represented Culver Pointe, LLC as landlord in
connection with the lease up of approximately
205,000 rentable square feet of office property
located at the Corporate Pointe commercial office
complex in Culver City, California.
Represented Greenbridge Investment Partners, Inc., a
California‐based full service commercial real estate
firm, as landlord in their leasing of multiple showroom
spaces in the Seattle Design Center complex located in
the Georgetown Arts and Culture District of Seattle,
Washington.
Represented a joint venture between Vista
Investment Group, LLC, and Lowe Enterprises Investment Management, LLC, as landlord in a lease transaction for 92,864 building containing approximately 22,240 square feet of working cleanroom space used for research, design and production of electronic components, and approximately 70,624 square feet of office space, in San Jose, California.

developer, as landlord in connection with a lease
transaction for 130,980 square feet of warehouse

a high‐end women’s clothing and fashion retailer, in their leasing of retail space in several shopping developments throughout the country, including the
International Market Place in Waikiki Beach, the La Plaza La Jolla in San Diego, The Point in El Segundo, Ala Moana in Hawaii, and in various other developments throughout the United States.
Represented a national retail client, as tenant, in connection with the negotiation of a build to suit commercial lease for their 18,000 square foot headquarters in West Hollywood, California.
Represented Club W, Inc., a California based direct to‐
consumer winery, in its lease for its corporate
headquarters in Playa Vista, California.
Represented an international restaurant chain in its
portfolio of nationwide retail properties.
Represented a national retail client in connection with
numerous leases for retail locations in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego and New York City.
Represented a family restauranteur, as tenant, in connection with two lease transactions for a total of approximately 9,500 square feet.
Negotiated more than 50 site acquisition
transactions for Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market
in California, Arizona, and Nevada for the company's
retail roll‐out, which involved negotiating complex
ground lease, retail lease and collateral shopping
center documents.
Office Represented Evercore Partners Services East L.L.C. as
tenant in office leases consisting of hundreds of
thousands of square feet across a national portfolio.
Represented Kinetic Content LLC, a multi‐platform media content developer, in the negotiation of its lease of two floors of office space in the Wilshire Landmark I building in Los Angeles, California.
