Request for Valuation of Vacant Land

This service allows clients to apply for the valuation of a vacant land.The service is provided by the Customers Service Department – Customer

Service Section.

Required Documents

1- Letter from the owner, and copies of his Passport and Emirates ID Card

2- Copy of Dubai Municipality map (one year), or the planning authority map

3- In case the owners include heirs, a power of attorney in the name of the applicant must be issued from the court, and copies of the Emirates ID Cards or Passports of all heirs must be submitted

Fees

1- 2,000 Dirhams2- Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee)3- Innovation Dirham Fees

Request for Valuation of a Vacant Land for Major a Real Estate Project or any phase thereof

This service allows clients to apply for the valuation of a vacant land for a major real estate project or any phase thereof.

The service is provided by the Customers Service Department – Customer Service Section.

Required Documents

1- Letter from the owner, and copies of his Passport and Emirates ID Card

2- Copy of Dubai Municipality map (one year), or the planning authority map

3- In case the owners include heirs, a power of attorney in the name of the applicant must be issued from the court, and copies of the Emirates ID Cards or Passports of all heirs must be submitted.

Fees

1- 10,000 Dirhams2- Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee)3- Innovation Dirham Fees

Request for Valuation of a Residential Villa and the Surrounding Land on a Plot

This service allows clients to apply for the valuation of a residential villa and the surrounding land on a plot.

The service is provided by the Customers Service Department – Customer Service Section

Required Documents

1- Letter from the owner, and copies of his Passport and Emirates ID Card

2- Copy of Dubai Municipality map (one year), or the planning authority map

3- Copy of the tenancy contract (where the real property is leased) registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency

4- Statement of Built Up Area 5- In case the owners include heirs, a power of attorney in the name

of the applicant must be issued from the court, and copies of the Emirates ID Cards or Passports of all heirs must be submitted

Fees

1- 4,000 Dirhams2- Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee)3- Innovation Dirham Fees

Request for Valuation of a Residential Apartment

This service allows clients to apply for the valuation of a residential apartment.

The service is provided by the Customers Service Department – Customer Service Section

Required Documents

1- Letter from the owner, and copies of his Passport and Emirates ID Card

2- Copy of the Title Deed of the apartment3- Copy of the apartment plan 4- In case the owners include heirs, a power of attorney in the name

of the applicant must be issued from the court, and copies of the Emirates ID Cards or Passports of all heirs must be submitted

Request for Valuation of an Agricultural Real Property

This service allows clients to apply for the valuation of a cultivated arable land together with any buildings constructed thereon.

The service is provided by the Customers Service Department – Customer Service Section

Required Documents

1- Letter from the owner, and copies of his Passport and Emirates ID Card

2- Copy of Dubai Municipality map (one year), or the planning authority map

3- Statement of the number of wells, percentage of soil salinity, and quantity of water issued by a recognized lab, and statement of the number and type of trees (if applicable)

4- In case the owners include heirs, a power of attorney in the name of the applicant must be issued from the court, and copies of the Emirates ID Cards or Passports of all heirs must be submitted

This service allows clients to apply for the valuation of a commercial building.

map3- Statement of Built Up Area 4- Three tenancy contracts for each type of units (registered with the

rooms, rent amount, and built up area of each villa/ unit. 6- Detailed statement indicating all expenses incurred during the past

three years7- In case the owners include heirs, a power of attorney in the name

of the applicant must be issued from the court, and copies of the Emirates ID Cards or Passports of all heirs must be submitted

This service allows clients to apply for the valuation of a hotel building and the land on which it is constructed.

The service is provided by the Customers Service Department – Customer Service Section

Required Documents

1- Letter from the owner, and copies of his Passport and Emirates ID Card 2- Copy of Dubai Municipality map (one year), or the planning authority

map3- Statement of Built Up Area 4- Detailed statement (table) indicating the number, area, and rent of

each room, the built up area, and the number of facilities, halls, and restaurants.

5- Detailed statement indicating all expenses and net profits for the past three years, issued by a recognized accountancy firm

6- The hotel lease contract7- In case the owners include heirs, a power of attorney in the name

of the applicant must be issued from the court, and copies of the Emirates ID Cards or Passports of all heirs must be submitted
