Request for Survey of a Real Estate Unit

This service allows clients to request conducting survey of their real estate units and obtain an approved report on the actual area of the real property.

To apply to this service, the real estate units must be registered with the Land Department registration systems.

The service is provided by the Customer Service Department

Required Documents

1- Written request to conduct a survey of the real property (companies and developers)

2- Copy of the Title Deed of the real property 3- Copy of the real property map

Fees

1- 3,000 Dirhams 2- Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee) 3- Innovation Dirham fees

Request for a Project Technical Report

This service allows clients to request a technical report of the project.The service is provided by the Customer Service Department.

Request for Survey and Map

This service allows clients to request conducting survey and receive an approved report on the actual area of real property.

The service is provided by the Customer Service Department

Required Documents

1- Copy of the Title Deed of the real property 2- Copy of the real property map

Fees

• Plot On-site Survey and Map Issuance: AED 500 • Villa/ Real Estate Unit On-site Survey and Map Issuance: AED 600 • Common Area On-site Survey and Map Issuance: AED 5,000• Building 2-D Survey and Map Issuance: AED 3,000 • On-site Survey and Component Plan: AED 5,000 • Island Survey and Map Issuance: AED 3,000 Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee)Innovation Dirham fees

Request for Map

This service allows clients to request issuing a real property map, according to the types of maps approved by the Planning Section at the Land Department.

In case of requesting the sub-division or amalgamation of land plots and issuance of maps, the request will be referred to the GIS Team to verify the planning information of the original, new, or sub-divided land plots based on the information provided by the planning authority (Dubai Municipality – TECOM – Nakheel – Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority – Maydan)

A report on the amalgamation or sub-division of land, or sub-division of co-owned property, will be prepared and delivered to the client to in order to submit an application to the Customer Service Department and pay the prescribed fees

The application will be automatically transferred through the system to the surveyor who will verify the information (amalgamation or sub-division of land, or sub-division of co-owned property), and prepare a map for the sub-divided or amalgamated real property

The application will be automatically transferred through the system to the Plans Section to issue the final map and transfer the application to the Customer Service Department

In case of discrepancy between the area of the original sub-divided land plot registered in the Land Department and the total area of the new land plots, the area of the land plot must be amended before processing the application.

Request for Map Approval
