• Citations with a ticket number of “0000” were transferred to the Florida record from another state in accordance with the Driver License Compact. Driver License Compact.

• The record shows all duplicate and replacement licenses issued to the customer.

Reading Batch NumbersReading Batch Numbers
• Basically all batch numbers contain the same information: The year the entry was added to the record, the Julian date, and the coder ID number.
• For example: “93242126” means that the entry was added in 1993 on the 242nd day of the year by coder 126.

• Not all batch numbers look the same, but they break down basically the same way.– For example: “4096LA” means the entry
was added in 1994 on the 96th day of the year by coder LA.
– “99160B50” means the entry was added in 1999 on the 160th day of the year by office B50.

Hardship Reinstatement Authorization
• The hearing officer will advise the customer to inform the DL Examiner that the authorization has been added to their record.
• Examiner will check the correspondence section of the driving record for this information.
