COMMUNITY RELATIONS / CSR

Rayjay Multinational Company Limited adheres strictly to her community relations policy. This policy defines the relationship between the company and host communities. The relationship involves the provision of employment for locals and corporate contributions for community infrastructural development. These agreements and relationships are usually expressed in a Memorandum of Understanding.

NIGERIA CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Rayjay Multinational's technical crew is an eloquent testimony to the success of the Nigerian content initiative. All maintenance and repair services are fully undertaken by the crew resulting in operational efficiency. This has particularly eliminated interruptions arising from break downs.

Rayjay Multinational Company Limited by sheer strategic planning and operational efficiency aims to be a leading provider of services, majoring up Internationally. This is manifest in our standpoint of only engaging the best for our operations. This best is expressed both in the equipment and composition of highly trained and proactive crew. The advantage of having a local technical team gives our operations some leverage. Technical back up to our operations becomes handy, thereby ensuring minimal down time. AVAILABILITY

Our company constantly provides the required training and refreshment coaches to technical crew for the command of the entire operational processes. Each equipment has a lead operator.

Provide accurate information on work done/ performance, accidents / delays, status of assets and work forecasts aligned with project requirements.Implement and control the HSE requirements; respond to Q/HSE reports and ensure solutions for addressed issues are implemented.Delegate specific responsibilities, assess their performance and suggest efficiency improvement activities. Identify risks and appropriate mitigations.Inform about spare parts requirements. Provide guidance towards operational crew.Additionally, we emphasize a single source of responsibility from the project conception to completion, not only in our client relations but in our own internal management processes as well. To facilitate this approach, a highly skilled Project Coordinator assumes responsibility for the work throughout the various stages. This results to optimal control, communication and accountability, providing the client direct access to the key decision maker responsible for monitoring progress and cost.

FAST MOBILIZATION

To ensure safe, fast and cost-effective mobilization to site, a reliable route map is generated to guide in deciding the mode and the starting point to destination of moving the equipment and crew. This could be by waterways, road or in some cases inter-modal. Some of the equipment are fabricated to ensure flexible truck-ability, while others are tug boat driven, barge laden or Air Freighted.

SITE FACILITY

To enhance efficiency of operation, the company ensures the availability of good crew accommodation, crew transport vehicle, crew boat, first-aid treatment facility, mini-mechanic van and functional radio communication gadgets.

QUALITY POLICY AND AUTHORITY

STATEMENT

The policy of Rayjay Multinational Company Limited regarding quality assurance is set out below, and is fully supported by management. Rayjay Multinational Company Limited hereinafter referred to as the contractor, in pursuing their business objectives and in line with the General Business Principles adopted by them, strives to act with proper attention to the quality of their activities. It is recommended that the company in further support of that objective introduce as matter of policy, quality assurance programmes in all areas of their activities which lead themselves to a disciplined approach to monitoring quality performance. The application of the concepts of quality assurance is intended to ensure that quality standards set for an activity are achieved. As elements in formulating and adopting a policy of quality assurance in identified areas, the following criteria apply: - Responsibility of management for selection of, and adherence to standards appropriate to the activity to achieve fitness of purpose efficiently and in a cost-effective manner; - Recognition of the importance of the involvement and commitment of employees in developing and applying standards and specifications commensurate with business objectives; - Co-operation with governments, local authorities, industry, academic and professional bodies as appropriate and taking the initiative where necessary to promote workable and harmonized codes of practice and standards, as well as timely and practical procedures and regulations which relate to the above matters; - Documentation of quality assurance related activities to be able to

demonstrate that the required quality was achieved and assured; - Regular evaluation of performance. Quality assurance programmes are aimed at ensuring compliance with evolving standards; they do not imply external warranties.All these are geared towards operating a Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, which is primarily concerned with the following;- Scheduled Internal Audits- Periodic Management Review Meetings- Independent External Audits (Certifying Authorities and Customers)- Regular review of established quality objectives- Review of customer feedback system

WORKPLACE VIOLENCE POLICY

Rayjay Multinational Company Limited is committed to providing a work environment free from violence for all employees, customers and visitors. Company will not tolerate any form of violence in the workplace including verbal, physical or intimidation. Violence and threats of violence may include: - An act, which is physically assaultive - A substantial, communicated or suggested intent to harm another, endanger the safety of the employees or visitors, or destroy property - Behaviors or actions that carry a potential for violence (throwing objects, waving fists, destroying property, etc.) - Obsessively directed behaviors (i.e. stalking, intensely focusing on a grudge, grievance or romantic interest in another employee)Employees, customers and visitors are prohibited from bringing weapons or objects whose purpose is violent or threatening to company properties and personnel. Employees are encouraged to raise workplace concerns with their immediate supervisor. If the supervisor is unavailable or if the nature of the complaint is such that the employee does not feel he or she can discuss it with the supervisor, the

employee may bring his or her concerns to the facility management or the HSE Department. Company will immediately investigate concerns or incidents of workplace violence. Company will also guard against retribution and adverse treatment of employees who bring forth concerns or incidents and /or who participate in an investigation of a violence incident. If evidence exists to support the allegations and the offender is an employee, violence or threats of violence may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge of the personnel's duties. If the offender is not an employee, other appropriate actions to be taken includes but not limited to outright withdrawal of the offender's right to visit Rayjay Multinational Company Limited work sites or offices and the offender management informed in writing.

THEFT, DRUGS, ALCOHOL & FIREARMS POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to establish an additional safety and loss prevention program in order to help provide for the safety and security of Rayjay Multinational Company Limited employees and others affected by our operations with our properties.

Theft:

Theft or unauthorized removal, possession or use of company / client property including but not limited to material facilities, tools and equipment or the property of other contractor employees or customers is prohibited.

Restrictions on Medication:

Unless there is a doctor's supervision, the under mentioned drugs are prohibited at work site.Opiates - Painkillers like Codeine, Darvon, Percodan, Methadone, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Talwin etc.Sedatives - Valium, Librium, Xanax,

Barbiturates, Tranxene, Placidyl, Stalazine etc.Anti-depressants - Elavil, Amitriptyline, Trilafon, Tofranil, Surmontil, Prozac etc.Stimulants - Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine etc.Sleeping Medications - Halcyon, Dalmane, Restoril, Ambient etc.Some Cough Syrups - Phenergran (with or without codeine), any codeine /alcohol containing ones.

Prohibited drugs:

The use, possession, transportation or sale of the underlisted drugs is prohibited in all areas of our operations and possession of it is tantamount to disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge from the service of the company. The drugs include but are not limited to: Cocaine, Heroin, Morphine, Marijuana, LSD, Injectable Testosterone /Cortisone etc.

Narcotics or illegal drugs:

The use, possession, transportation or sale of narcotics, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia by an employee while on duty on company's premises or at work site, in company's vehicle or otherwise is prohibited. The only exception shall be for properly reported prescription drugs prescribed by a licensed Physician as medication for use by the person possessing such substance.

Firearms:

The use, possession, transportation or sales of firearms and / or other weapons by an employee while on duty on company's premises or at work site, in company's vehicle or otherwise is prohibited.Reporting to work under the influence of intoxicating beverages, illegal drugs or narcotics is prohibited. Likewise, the use, possession, transportation or sale of intoxicating beverages, illegal drugs or narcotics while on duty on company'

premises, vehicle or at work site is prohibited.

Searches, Investigation, Tests and Discipline:

For Rayjay Multinational Company Limited to accomplish the objectives of this policy, we shall carry out thorough searches on employees and their personal effects when they are on duty. Personal effects of employees in this context include but not limited to personal vehicle, baggage, lockers, toolboxes, lunch packs etc. Searches by company may be initiated without prior notice and conducted at times and locations as deemed appropriate by company. During an investigation, company employees may be requested to cooperate by submitting themselves to various tests for detection of alcohol, narcotics, illegal drugs or other metabolites thereof in the employee's system as part of an accident/incident investigation or on a random basis. Employees are to ensure that they cooperate in the required tests. Refusal to allow such searches or to cooperate in such tests by an employee will attract disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge from the service of the company. Any employee determined to be in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge from the service of the company. Company at its sole discretion may take into custody any illegal, unauthorized or prohibited items and has the option of turning them over to the appropriate law enforcement agency. Your support and cooperation with all aspects of this policy will assist our company in providing you, our customers and the general public a better and safer working environment.

WARNING: EMPLOYEES FOUND TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR ANY NON-PRESCRIBED DRUG WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE DISCHARGE FROM HIS OR HER DUTIES AND MAY

FORFEIT ANY RIGHTS HE OR SHE MAY HAVE TO WORKER'S COMPENSATION.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH POLICY

All staff of Rayjay Multinational Company Limited shall be medically fit and shall remain so, during their employment. We shall maintain an insurance against any liability that may result in case of any personnel suffering from occupational disease or any impairment to health resulting from our operations. The company's retained clinic shall handle all routine medical and emergencies. Only certified and competent First-Aider and nurse can man the first aid box and administer first aid in any operational area. Records of medications administered or injuries *MUST* be kept at site and base office. Compliance with this policy is mandatory.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Environmental protection is one of the core values of Rayjay Multinational Company Limited during the execution of projects. Our activities are therefore executed according to the following environmental policy: Compliance with current environmental and other national and state legal requirements ; Prevention and reduction of waste, soil, air, water pollution and disturbance of the surroundings; Correct handling of environmental-threatening products and limitation of their use, where reasonably practicable; Rational use of water, energy, fuels and materials where reasonably practicable; Encouragement of environmental awareness of all employees and relevant contractors by education, training and written work instructions or procedures; Implementation of measures to prevent environmental incidents and emergency situations, and reduction of the consequences; Restriction of disturbance of fauna, flora and soil on projects, where reasonably

practicable ; Supply of environmental information to customers, authorities and others concerned in an open and constructive way. Continuous development and improvement of an Environmental Management System in pursuit of ISO 14001 standard;Management and all employees are to ensure daily compliance with Companies environmental policies and principles so as to remain a leader in the effort to preserve our environment for future generations.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

INTRODUCTION

Quality Management is defined as “meeting agreed customer requirements”; this can however, be achieved through sub-optimal business processes. Therefore, integrating quality into business is a key management issue. As we learn more about managing quality, we begin to challenge whether our improvement efforts are in line with meeting corporate objectives. As a result, we start to question whether our corporate processes are competitive, effective and efficient and how the company's improvement effort is linked to business process performance. So, for effective quality management of our work, we need to develop a quality assurance programme to enable us have a disciplined approach to monitoring quality performance. The purpose of this document is to outline the policy of the company in managing the quality of all activities, which contribute to the achievement of our corporate objectives. This achievement depends on the intelligent commitment of every member of our staff in carrying out his or her duties and adequate training for all levels of staff will ensure this.

This Quality Assurance (QA) – Programme is a systematic quality control measure prepared to identify the basic methods, systems, and controls which are employed by Rayjay

Multinational Company LimitedThe QA – Programme shall also ensure that established technical Health, Safety, Environment and Security (CASHES) requirements, such as efficiency, reliability and maintainability, are being met. Further, the programme shall provide verified and traceable documentation showing compliance with established quality requirements and current legislation.

QUALITY PROGRAMME RESPONSIBILITIES

The company is involved in the following activities: - Equipment Supply and Installation Services The Head of each of these services within the company's organization is responsible for the effective implementation, within his department, of a quality programme in accordance with the general programme outlined in this manual. It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that established procedures are adhered to and that all conditions considered having an adverse effect on quality, including Health, Safety, Environment and Security (CASHES) are reported and corrected in a systematic manner.

SEAT BELT POLICY

In Rayjay Multinational Company Limited, we recognize the fact that safety seat belt promotes the chance of survival and reduces the risk of injuries in vehicle accidents. As such, it is mandatory as a matter of policy for every worker, especially on company's business to always fasten his/her seat belt. All light and heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, tractors, forklifts, etc., must have seat belts fitted in them and must be worn by drivers, mates and operators always. The “NO SEAT BELT” “NO ENTRY or EXIT' rule shall be enforced at points of entry in company premises or facilities by security officers. All line management personnel are to ensure compliance with

this policy. Serious penalty awaits defaulters of this policy. BELT UP AND LIVE.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) POLICY

It is the policy of Rayjay Multinational Company Limited to provide relevant and high quality Personal Protective Equipment: coverall, safety shoes or rain boots, hard hats, hand gloves etc., for all persons engaged in her operations. Continually, the management shall enforce effective use and maintenance of available personal protective equipment, which entails regular condition audits and replacement of defective ones. Site's safety officers and supervisors shall continue to monitor compliance with this policy.

HEARING CONSERVATION POLICY

It is the policy of Rayjay Multinational Company Limited to provide a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and clients. We are committed to reduction of hazardous noise where feasible, the strict enforcement of hearing protection usage where required, the provision of employee education, and the maintenance of a complete and comprehensive hearing conservation program. It is company policy to comply with all pertinent federal, state and local noise regulations. Each member of the hearing conservation team must do his or her utmost to protect the hearing of the workers.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

1. To protect the hearing of our employees, prevent permanent hearing impairment, avoid negative psychological effects and fatigue, avoid speech interference as a result of accidents, and minimize workers' compensation claims2. To comply with federal OSHA, FEPA, state and local regulations, and to avoid

citations and / or penalties3. To maintain good community relations by minimizing noise from our activities.

HEARING CONSERVATION PROGRAMME OUTLINE

All employees exposed to noise levels of 85db time-weight or above on the job will be included in the hearing conservation program.The program will include provisions for:1. Noise monitoring 2. Baseline (immediately upon hiring) and Annual Audiometric Testing 3. Appropriate follow-up to Audiometric Testing4. An ongoing Hearing Protection Program 5. Annual Employee Education on Hearing Conservation 6. Feasible Engineering Controls7. Appropriate Record Keeping
