    Marinated Raw LasagnaServes 94 Medium yellow or green zucchini thinly sliced2 Large Portabello Mushroom,1 Large head or 6 cups of spinach chopped and marinated in Tamari or lemon and salt.1 large red bell pepper and 1 large yellow or orange bell pepper

    Marinara:2 cups sun dried tomato covered in water for 2 or more hours2 small cloves garlic1/8 red onion chopped6 basil leaves1 medium tomato chopped1 tsp. Himalayan salt1/8 tsp oregano

    Blend everything including tomato soak water in blender or puree in a food processor until smooth.

    Ricotta:3 cups macadamia nuts , cashews or walnuts soaked 2 or more hours cup pure water 2 cloves garlic4 Tbs light miso paste1-2 Tbs. Lemon juice tsp. Italian seasoning
