NIPPO BATTERIES

Nippo Batteries, today is a household name in India.

First Indian dry battery company to have been certifiedwith the ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 International Standardsfor Quality.

Nippo batteries is a BSE listed company with an annualturnover of Rs.350 cr. & Net profit of 25 cr. in 2009 - 10.and planning for 20% growth Next FY.

Nippo is second largest dry battery, torch and other portable energy player in India with 32% market share.

It is a name that stands for quality, consistency, safety andvalue for money.

Nuby, World’s No. 1 infant care feeding and teethingcompany has a presence in 155 countries.

With R&D being the major focus and considered asresponsibility towards mother and child with 18 patentsto endorse.

RAL has concerted its efforts on developing this productcategory and brand. Today it has a presence among3000 baby shop outlets across the country with a marketshare of 25%.

PURPLE TURTLE

With its in-house brand „PURPLE TURTLE‟designed to address infant care & baby feedingneeds across the lower end price points acrossIndia.

RAL has been able to provide aquality alternative, in infant care, especially inbottles, nipples and wet wipes at verycompetitive prices to cater mass market in rural,semi urban India.

Under MITVA we are entering the solar & consumer durable market to tap into this new segment which is growing explosively.

MITVA means friend, companion, guide, mitr, dost, saathi, sakha, bandhu, etc.

RAL has recently tied with Dlight and has launched solar lanterns pan india under the brand name “Mitva Dlight”

Gradually a host of new solar as well as consumer durable products such as geysers, heaters, water purifiers etc are being added to this basket.

National Panasonic Matsushita Electric Works

NIPPO was started in collaboration with Matsushita formanufacturing and distribution of dry cell batteries andtorches under the brand name “NIPPO”.

World’s largest electronic manufacturers, Matsushita hasover 600 companies under it.

The company manufactures and markets over 15,000products under brands such as Panasonic and National.

In fiscal 2010, Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd. postedoverseas sales of more than ¥239 billion, accounting for16.4% of consolidated net sales. As of March 31, 2010, ourworkforce totaled 56, 103 employees.

American Safety Razor Company

ASR (American Safety Razors) has been active for 134 yearsin manufacturing, marketing and distribution of personal careproducts.

ASR deals in wet shaving razors, bladed hand tools, specialindustrial blades, medical scalpels, razors and blades with aturnover of $ 350 million dollars

In India and SAARC countries, these are marketed by RALunder its own brand name Glide.

ASR is the second largest manufacturer of shaving productsin the world and does private labeling for Wal-Mart and allleading retail chains globally.

Luv n Care

Luv n Care has been into manufacturing andselling of products (under the brand name'Nuby') of outstanding value and exceptionalquality for almost four decades now.

The company exports its products to 155countries and generates 50% of its revenue fromexports alone.

The company prides itself in being a globalmarket leader in infant care products and boastsof an annual turnover of $250 million. It also has18 patents to its credit.
