With basic degrees in Soil Science I have a rich background for Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition. Currently involved as a Soil Microbiologist and Environmental Scientist with proficiency in isolation, enumeration, characterization of beneficial microbes from the rhizosphere and composting area, preparation of enriched compost, vermi-compost and microbes mediated compost from agricultural wastes materials. Expertise in soil, plant, water, compost and bio-fertilizer analysis. Developed Integrated Nutrient Modules consisting of organic and inorganic sources of nutrients for different vegetable crops and have a good exposure in cultivation of vegetables and fruit crops. A goal oriented team player and leader with exceptional interpersonal and written communication skill.
Successful in obtaining approximately 10 million rupees as research grants from ICAR,
