Raj Salgam is a co-founder of Db-Tech, Inc. and a former CEO of eComServer. At eComServer Raj Salgam was closely involved in the management, venture capitalist funding, and recruitment of the company’s key management team and outside board directors and advisors. Raj Salgam created direct client relationships with many large customers including AT&T, AstraZeneca, BNY Mellon, MetLife, Hershey and CreditOne.

He helped establish Db-Tech, Inc. in 1994, and in 2001, was a co-founder of Leading C, which provides services and products in call center self-service automation. Raj Salgam was CEO of eComServer and closely involved in its management. He helped the company from startup to $18 million in revenues in three years.

Raj Salgam has over two decades of IT experience in leading-edge sales, business development, implementation, deployment and marketing of Call Center Automation, CRM Systems and Unified Communications solutions. His professional career began at AT&T Bell Labs, where he worked for seven years. Raj Salgam holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
