COMPANY PROFILE Rahim Textile Mills Limited a public limited company, started commercial operation in 1987 with dyeing, printing and finishing unit. The company has pioneered the printing of Viscose, Stretch Poplin, all categories of knit fabric and other textile products.

The products of the processing mill conform to the International standard. We treat all our affluent before discharge.

LOCATION: Dyeing, Printing and Finishing unit at Gazipur, Bangladesh.

DYEING:

Equipped with Kusters 2000 padder. The KUSTER CONTINUOUS DYEING range produces high quality cotton,

cotton blends and polyester in conjunction with Artos Thermosol range.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Quality is controlled at every stage starting with monitoring of raw materials quality. A dyeing finishing laboratory controls color matching, shade variation, color fastness of dyed and printed fabrics, Dimensional Change, pH in textiles. The quality control plant includes state-of-art laboratory and inspection facilities to ensure quality control in every phase.

Compliance & Certificates:

Our company is extremely particular to meet all levels of compliances at national and international levels. Our unit is one of the first plant to install an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure that we do not do any harm to the environment. In view of our increasing capacity we have now installed the largest biological ETP in the country supplied by Simem, Italy.

We use AZO free dyes and chemicals and are certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class 1.

Our personnel are equipped with the necessary safety gear and trained to combat any accidents that may take place.

All facilities are built with Electrical Bus Bar Trunking and all safety measures are incorporated with a well developed fire fighting systems with hydrants and sufficient escape routes.

We ensure that all labor laws are strictly adhered to. We also ensure that all measures are taken to eliminate discrimination in the work place making us an equal opportunity employer.
