Manufacturing Third largest polyester Extrusion Plant in the country with the capacity of 45 metric tons a day. Spinning : Equipped with the latest 34000 spindles for

cotton and poly cotton yarn production. Weaving facilities comprises of Auto, Sulzer

and Air Jet Looms. 320 shuttle less and 154 Air Jet Looms are available for fabric manufacturing like Satin, Sateen, Jacquards, Dobby, Basket, Weaves, Fine Twills, Piques, Poplins, Cottons, Polyester cotton Blends in widths of up to 3300 mm,

Production FacilitiesPre Treatment:Singeing Machines, backed up with a Continuous Bleaching Range we can turn out up to 130,000 meters of wrinkle free fabric per day in widths up to 3,200 mm. Our Mercerizing Machine with a working width of 3,200 mm produces 50,000 meters per day.Dyeing:Equipped with the latest Pad Thermosol Dyeing Machine, Pad Steam Dyeing Range and other dyeing machinery. We are able to dye up to 50,000 meters per day in shades of reactive, disperse, VAT, sulphur, pigment dyes.

Production Facilities Designing:Through a specially trained staff of professional designers and our state of the art computerized designing CAD stations we are able to create and modify our creations as well as designs provided by our customers. Our two digital laser engravers enable us to produce high resolution designs. Printing:• Three Reggiani Rotary Printing Machines are installed,

available width 3200mm each up to 14 colors.• 2 Sampling Marching are available for design development,

available width 3200 mm.• Brand New State of Art Flat Bed Reggiani Machine, available

width 3200 mm.

Production Facilities

Finishing:Our fabric finishing is aided by six Stentering Machines, three Calendaring Machines, one Sanforizing Machine through which we are capable of producing fabrics with a variety of finishes including fire retardant, anti-bacterial, water and soil repellant - Teflon, acrylic finishes.
