JOB DESCRIPTION:

Attend daily meetings with the outgoing shift to take handover and be brief of the aircraft status. Daily preparation of manpower allocation on every aircraft maintenance inputs and collaborates with the License Aircraft Engineers for a smooth workflow and other related department like materials supply and aircraft tool crib to ensure aircraft parts and consumable materials are available and tools required are complete and calibrated to meet the required output target date. Supervised aircraft mechanics in performing general aircraft maintenance task ( scheduled & non scheduled ), modifications, rectification of defects and troubleshooting to ensure work is done in a timely and highest standard manner. Ensure personnel conformes with company policies and procedures regarding safety standards while performing task and monitor housekeeping on each end of working hours.
