Order management screen
A. ORDER MANAGEMENT TABConduct all your order management tasks under one tab: placing and tracking orders; changing order details, reordering or cancelling orders; accessing order reports and order-related documents.
B. SAFETY AND PRODUCT INFORMATION TAB General safety information as well as specific information tailored to the products you buy.
C. CONTACTS AND USERS SCREENSFind your sales and customer centre contact details; send a comment, question or complaint directly to one of your Shell Chemicals contacts; and view and manage all the Customer Portal users at your company.

ORDER MANAGEMENT SCREEN
A. PLACE NEW ORDERPlace a new order – only products covered by your agreement with Shell will be listed to simplify the process.
B. MY PORTAL ORDERSView orders saved or submitted on the Customer Portal and filter by order number, order name or PO number.
C. RE-ORDERDuplicate an existing order and just update the quantity and delivery date as required, then submit again.

A. ALL MY INVOICESAn overview of all your invoices for the past 18 months, with the ability to view, filter and download the data, and access your invoice documents.
B. MY CURRENT INVOICESAn overview of all your unpaid invoices, with the ability to view, filter and download detailed invoice data and access your invoice documents.

PLACING ORDERS - STEP 1
A. Some information will be entered automatically for you by the system according to your user profile.
B. Select the delivery location from the drop down menu.
C. Select the product you wish to order from the list – to speed things up and avoid potential errors only products covered by your agreement with Shell will be listed.
D. Company and sold to location details are retrieved automatically from the system and displayed here for immediate validation.

PLACING ORDERS - STEP 2
Enter the mandatory order details – you will have the chance for a final review before submitting and you can save the order for a later date at any stage.
A. Enter a PO number.
B. Select MOT if more than one option available.
C. Enter quantity, unit, and delivery or collection date.
D. Continue to Review and submit to place the order or Save as draft for a later date. Saved orders will be given an order number but are not submitted to Shell.

PLACING ORDERS - STEP 3
A. This screen provides a complete summary of the order details to allow you to give it a final check.
B. Place the order by clicking Submit.
Once an order is submitted you will see an acknowledgement of receipt screen.
Once submitted, acceptance of your order is still dependent on approval by the appropriate Shell Chemicals company and will be confirmed if requested or required via a separate notification.

A. The Reorder functionality allows you to quickly re-order a product based on an existing order – find it on the top row of the Order management screen

A. Orders submitted online can be changed or cancelled, within the permitted window, via the My current orders screen on the Order management page.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS - STEP 2
A. Change the quantity, unit or delivery date or cancel the order – then Submit change.
You will see a pop-up screen acknowledging receipt of the request for change or cancellation.

B. Download a full order report.C. Expand individual orders to see full details.D. Sort order data by column headings.E. Download all order-related documents including order
confirmation, delivery documents, certificate of analysis and invoices.
F. Change or cancel order – subject to mode of transport and loading date restrictions – a pencil icon indicates that an order can be changed.
