Queens for the King Rolling Up our Sleeves & working on the things God LOVES! February was a very productive month for our family. We have gotten the reading groups up and running thanks to the help of our interns. The Grove Level team did a great job building soccer goals, witnessing in Sweetwaters, and the Tabitha kids grew spiritually during their VBS. Our Sweetwaters young adult Bible study is steadily meeting on Tuesdays. Elizabeth and Jacob are thriving at school and helping pitch in when they have off days around the ministry. We all agree that spreading God's love is the best job of ALL!

Rolling Up our Sleeves & working on the things God LOVES!

We all agree

that spreading God's love is the best job of ALL!

  • Sweetwaters House Visits We were able to go on house visits Feb 18th. We went out in two teams to see

patients. Ginger Talley, on my team had the privilege of leading Dumsani to the

Lord. Other patients were very encouraged. Continue to pray for house visits to

start back in a consistent and intentional manner to spread the Word of God

    throughout Sweetwaters.

Teaching & Mentoring Thomas leads our young adult Bible

study in Sweetwaters. We have 4-5

    guys & girls attending. We

are studying the Trinity. Our interns

attend with us so it is quite the crowd.

He also enjoys teaching the Bible

study at the Indian church in

    Northdale weekly. The school is

improving steadily with the addition of

    the Australian teacher this month.

    Kids even have homework daily

supervised by a retired local teacher.

As you can see, he has his hands full!

  • Grove Level Mission Team God used the Grove Level mission team in many ways. They did a great job of

presenting the gospel to the Tabitha kids during their VBS. They helped train our

grade 2&3 Zulu teachers to be more effective teachers. They ran reading groups.

The men repaired the Hope Center bathroom&fences, and erected 2 soccer goals

so recess is a little World Cup South Africa now! Thanks for all you did and for

the encouragement you gave our family!

  • Intern update God had blessed us again with

    incredible interns. These 6 girls

love the Lord and our Tabitha kids.

They never complain and are a joy

to Thomas and I. They teach

preschool, assist in the school, run

    our reading groups, monitor

    homework time, lead a devotional

group, and take evening call. They

always do it with a smile on their

    face. We love you all!

    The Durban Beach is

splash-tastic! We want to thank the Grove

Level team for taking us to the

    Durban beach. Our kids had

    never ridden on a chartered

bus so they jumped up & down

in the parking lot when the bus

arrived. As you can see, they

    had a ball!

  • Elizabeth Update Elizabeth is doing well. She balances school and fun better than anyone.

She went with us to the beach and watched our belongings while the rest

of us played in the water. She is loving on her favorite set of twins,

Nokwanda and Luyanda here. They make quite a trio!

    The Jacob Scoop

    Jacob helped dismantle

    the old soccer goals at

    Tabitha. He is as strong

as an ox so it is good to

    have a strong back

    around to do the heavy

    lifting at times. He still

    loves his new school, St

    Charles. He won all but

    one of his inter-house

    swim meet events this

    month too. We sure do

    love our boy!
