Quality Oil Tools is primarily known as a manufacturer and servicer of high-quality pressure control equipment such as gate valves, check valves, and choke and kill manifolds used primarily by contractors and operators worldwide. The company offers a full line of 5,000 through 15,000-psi gate valves and various sizes and pressures of hydraulically operated drilling chokes with both single and dual control consoles. Quality has a reputation as a premier provider of repairs to gate valves and chokes and maintains a full line of replacement parts and high quality raw materials.
Quality is an API 6A and API 16C certified facility with ISO 9001:2008 & ISO/TS29001 certification and ABS and ASME approved welding.
Quality offers complete traceability of materials and parts for certification and recertification as well as an in-house painting, sandblasting, and stress relief plant.
In addition to API 6A and 16C certifications, Quality Oil Tools is also a registered engineering firm in Texas, registration number F-15349. Along with this registration, Quality offers a wide variety of welding engineering consulting services including welding procedure review, development, and project execution management.

Quality Oil Tools is proud to have successfully completed repair work and sold newly manufactured products to most of the industry leaders in the domestic and international oil and gas drilling market.
STEP 1—Each item of customer equipment is uniquely numbered and inventoried for control purposes; during that time, Quality Oil Tools performs a detailed inspection of the equipment to determine the scope and dollar range of repair.
STEP 2—The Customer, depending on the degree of pricing and response required, chooses between exchange, immediate customer specified repair, or storage with later repair.
STEP 3—The job-specific work order begins the repair process with customer delivery or storage instructions for the repaired equipment.
STEP 4—Disassemble, clean, inspect and estimate the repair cost.
STEP 5—Component parts assembly, final inspection and chart testing complete the repair process.
