1. Existing Supplier User Registration Existing Supplier of Qatar Rail will get the email notification along with link to register themselves.User can follow the link specified in the email notification.
While clicking on Link in the notification user will get below page. All fields that have a blue asterix * are mandatory field .In this you have to enter the following details.
1. Email Adress
2. First Name
3. Middle Name
4. Last Name
5. Job Title
6. Phoe area Code
7. Phone Number
8. Fax Area Code
9. Fax Number
After entering all the details click on “Submit”
You will get confirmation for registration after click on submit

Existing Supplier will get the email notification after approval from Qatar Rail.You can follow the link specified in the email notification to login and change the password.
1. In the “User Name” field, enter the Username provided in the registration confirmation
email.
2. In the “Password” field, enter the temporary password provided in the registration confirmation email. Note: This field is case sensitive.
3. Click on the “Login” button. If login is successful, the system will prompt to change your password

4. In the “Current Password” field, enter the temporary password as provided in the
confirmation of registration email.

5. In the “New Password” field, enter the desired password. The new Password must have the following characteristics.
Must be a Minimum of 8 characters in length. Cannot be the same as a previous Password used password in the iSupplier Portal. Cannot contain your user’s Username or other Username.
6. In the “Re-enter New Password” field, enter the new password again. Note: This field is case sensitive
7. Click on Submit.
You will be redirected to main menu with iSupplier acccess.
Click on “Supplier Profile Manager” if you want to update your profile settings.
Click on link to update your below profile settings.

1. Address Book: You can update your existing address details.
2. Contact Directory: You can update your existing Contact Directory details.
3. Business Classifications: You can edit your business Classifications details
4. Product & Services: You can edit your Product and Services details
5. Banking Details: You can edi the Banking Details
Click on “Home”select ”iSupplier portal full access” responsibility to access application.

Click on “Logout” for logout from the application
2. Recover User Name and Password –Login Assistance
If you forget the User Name or Password, you can recover through the following .User can
browse the login page and Click on “Login Assistance”

You will get two option
1. Forgot Password :If you forgot Password you can enter user name in this field.
2. Forgot User Name: If you forget the User name you can enter email id in this field.
