From its earliest beginning in 2007 Qaderi Wardak (pvt) LTD has been known for the quality of its
products and services and has earned a good reputation as the MAJOR SUPPLIER of a wide range of
pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, laboratory and healthcare products as well as consumables, all over Afghanistan in both private and government sectors.
A controlled expansion program since 1386 enabled the company to diversify into more fields of specialization.
Today, various activities like manufacturing, supply, distribution, and services are performed by highly trained
teams of professionals comprising doctors, medical engineers, pharmacists and technicians, providing inter alia
turnkey operations too.
Such wide range of activities that Qaderi Wardak (pvt) LTD carries out is a result of the direct business relationship

Dr. Asadullah Qadari ,President : Dr. Asadullah Qadari Bachelor of pharmacy is an experienced
executive with broad background in a various business field since 20 years.at the first time based on his
background on healthcare and based on his interest so he was involved in medicine pharmacy and then he
was acquainted with many doctors ,together with Teams decided to establish medicine company and now
he is managing his whole companies in a very pleasant way ,also he is a member of international chamber
of commerce of Afghanistan in golden position
Engineer Shafiqullah Tamim: Vice President
Mr.Shafiqullah Tamim: Graduated from Civil engineering University of pune India,he is mainly involved
in developing and implementing long term business planning and strategies of the company in order to
achieve the group’s goal . He also focuses on capacity building of team and leads the procurement and
medical product as well
Faizullah Qadri : Legal Adviser
He has completed his bachelor degree in the field of Law, and he the Legal adviser of the company with
experience in the field of legal contracts with people and foreign companies and helping the Shirkat of
Qadari wardak to a golden member of health minister gives best Advice to the management members
Engineer Ainullah: Finance & Procurement manager
He has completed his bachelor from university of Kabul in the field of Finance Management and he is working as finance & Procurement Manager since along time he is managing the company in a very good manner, he provides a short overview on the procurement and distribution of pharmaceuticals in the public sector of Afghanistan.
Engineer Abdul Rahim Atef: Country Manager
Abdul Rahim Atef has completed his bachelor in the field of Agriculture, He works Currently as Country manager with Qaderi wardak , He has taken a lot of short courses regarding management and marketing he has a good administration Ethics. Qaderi Wardak LTD proud to have such an employee.
Engineer Rahimullah Rasouli : Database Admin
Rahimullah Rasouli has completed his bachelor from (SIHE) in the field of Computer Science (BCS). He is working since 5 years at Qaderi Wardak LTD as Area Manager & Database Admin (2 years).He has taken a lot of short courses regarding programming and web designing , He has good administration Ethics. Qaderi Wardak (pvt) LTD is proud of highly trained team of doctors, medical engineers, pharmacists, and
technicians serving manufacturing, supply, sales, marketing and distribution services.
The company employees more than 300 qualified personnel – 50 Sales and Marketing Managers, 90
Medical Professionals (medical doctors, pharmacists, and medical assistants) and 4 medical engineers &
technicians, while part of this family manages finance, supply chain, logistics, administrative and human
resources functions.
Human resource is at the core of company success, in order to keep the success ongoing and progressive,
it requires an organized schedule of building resources. Hence, along with regular on job trainings, the
staff regularly attends refresher-training courses/seminars/conferences related to their lines of profession

About Distributing Group
Qaderi wardak Distributing Group’s major activity is to market and sell medicines of international
standards imported from the world's well-known and creditable companies considering the rules and
regulation of Ministry of Health and in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Sales and Marketing Team
Marketing Team
The qualified marketing managers and their well-trained team that includes medical doctors and
pharmacists, visit health centers, medical practitioners, pharmacies throughout the entire Afghanistan on
regular basis. They cover approximately all provinces, districts, and villages of Afghanistan, providing
services and latest information on products. In a month, about 8000 medical doctors and nearly 6000
pharmacies are called on, ensuring customer satisfaction. Thus, we maintain a contented customer base.

Our experienced Marketing team attends national and international trainings in quarterly bases
which enables them to provide the best services inside the country.
This procedure enables the team to provide the required medical information about the products to

Our Sales team consists of 50 sales Managers who manage Sales offices in 23 provinces and employs 300
staff; the major goal of sales team is to provide in-time deliveries of standard products in every location
inside the country.
Medical Information Department
This department is working with close coordination of sales and marketing team, to act as the scientific
and medical backbone of the company.
In line with Qadari wardak’ s vision to enhance the medical society’s knowledge and the need for standard
and professional medicines marketing, the Medical Information Department mission is to support the
Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Marketing team through providing literatures, handouts, medicinal and
marketing information, presentations and lectures, conduct trainings, publish brochures, handouts, arrange
clinical researches, etc…
