PVC Liners Kentain Products Ltd. Kifchener, Ont.

Kentain Products offers flexible PVC liners for use in plating pro- cesses. The liners are prefabricated and shipped in one piece. Tanks should be structurally sound but need not be liq- uid tight, and no sandblasting or re- moving of old liners prior to installa- tion is necessary. The liners withstand a wide range of solutions, are unaf- fected by expansion and contraction,

and are easily repaired if accidentally damaged.

Kaeser’s oil mist eliminator re- moves 99.98% of particles 0.1 micron and larger, and reduces liquid content to 0.5 ppm by weight. Pressure drop is only between 0.5 and 1 psi and average cartridge life is between 8 and 15 years. The unit’s housing is a heavy- duty ASME-stamped pressure vessel, suitable for maximum working pres- sures of 200 psig. A pressure differen- tial gauge is standard.
