Based on a construction heritage that stretches back to 1989, Probuild directors Michael Simmonds, Nicholas and Phillip Buck have determined that achieving the highest standards of quality consistently requires a holistic, integrated approach backed by a strong corporate culture.

While providing the management team with the leeway to achieve, the directors follow a ‘hands on’ approach through daily involvement in the running of the business.

Kobus van der Westhuizen (Bsc (Bldg) UOFS - 1994), Director of the Civils Division, joined Probuild in 2002 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the building and civils industries.
