You cannot bring any of your own cats into Purrfection Suites unless you have a booking for private venue hire. Vaccination Criteria applies to all cat guests coming into The Wagington.

No shoes are allowed inside Purrfection Suites. You will be asked to wash your hands with our disinfecting sanitizer before entering Purrfec-tion Suites area.

You are only allowed to interact with our residence cats and you can admire all our customers’ cats from the glass windows. All cabins and room suites will be locked thus please do not knock on any of the glass.

If you like to feed our residence cats some treats to get them to come to you or for some Instagram worthy pics, you can opt to select our Purr-fect Desire Treats Party with Residence Cats Only for additional 8.50. These are some of their favorite treats. We only limit to 3 tier stands per day.

You must not feed our cats any human food.

Do not pick up, con�ne or restrain the cats unless they hop onto your laps willingly. You have a better chance of them hopping onto your laps for a cuddle if you are sitting down on the carpet.

Please refrain from waking cats who are asleep. We all need a rest some time.

Do not surround the cats or back them into corners or they may become frightened.

Entry to Purrfection Suites is for responsible adults only. We strive to create a cozy environ-ment for all cat lovers to enjoy. Take care of our cats and they will take care of your soul. It’s therapeutic.

Pet & Vaccinations Requirements 1. Pet owners must produce their NRIC or Passport upon checking in their pets. All pets coming in for boarding/ daycare/ swimming must produce a pet vaccination card.2. Be in good health and must not have or been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses within 30 day period prior to check-in. Any pets showing signs of vomiting, coughing, gagging, sneezing or diarrhea may not be admitted. The Wagington advises against boarding guests that have a terminal illness and are in the late stages of any illness. Individual circumstances may be considered with written documentation from a veterinarian.

P.S: If should you not have the vaccination card with you, please call your family vet to ask for a soft copy and you may print it out before booking your pet into The Wagington.

Temperament Evaluation1. There will be a mandatory one-time pre-entry 3 hours temperament evaluation at $35 for dogs. 2. Any dogs that show severe signs of aggressions/behaviors during temperament evaluation will not be accepted. All dogs & cats guests must possess a temperament that allow staff members to properly care for them. Allowances may be made for specific temperament issues, but pets cannot pose a danger to staff members.

Unsterilized Pets1. The Wagington would accept unsterilized dogs for boarding and daycare at an additional fee daily above all other services rendered. This additional cost applies for additional cleanliness maintenance and extra supervision as unsterilized dogs do a lot of urination marking and the tendency to assert dominance and humping tendency to other dogs.

Un-neutered Male (6 months old & above - $15 additional daily) Un-spayed Female Dogs on Heat ($35 Daily) - Complimentary pampers included Pets with last minute booking without the pre-entry evaluation assessment are subjected to $35 additional daily and maybe separated from the pack.

Ageing Pets1. The Wagington would accept ageing pets and pets with special needs and if required $35 daily above all other services rendered. This additional cost applies for additional cleanliness maintenance, extra supervision, changing of diapers for pets with uncontrollable urinary tract and menstrual problems.

Food & Medicine1. Owners to provide their pets own food MUST prepare and label (by pet name) each serving in a separate baggy for the entire length of the stay. 2. In the event your pet food runs out, a service fee of $25 will be charged in addition to the cost of the food and transportation services. Alternatively, owners may choose to purchase our chosen brand of raw food or select your pet gourmet meals from our in-house dining menu3. In the event that your pet has to be sent to the vet clinic, a service fee of $60 or 8% (whichever is higher) of the vet bill will be charged in addition to the cost of the vet bill and transportation services.4. If medicating, owners MUST properly label (by pet name) and provide all medication for the entire length of the stay.

Controlled Travel:1. For each pet’s safety, all pets entering and exiting The Wagington must be on a leash or in a carrier until directed otherwise. We provide comfortable, clean bedding, which comfort your pet that adhere to our strict standards. Pets owners are allowed to bring in their own pet beds/ blankets, however should there be any laundry cleaning required, a fee of $10 per item is applicable. Pet owners may bring 2 toys and one T-Shirt just in case of separation anxiety.

P.S: The Wagington reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet guest for any reason, at anytime, who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, demonstrates aggressive behavior, or who fails our standard health and temperamentpolicies.

Ticks & Fleas 1. The Wagington takes extreme measures to ensure that the premises are free from ticks and fleas. The hotel will not accept any pets showing any signs of ticks and fleas. All owners are highly advised to de-tick their pets with Frontline 2 days prior to boarding or daycare. If de- ticking is required, fees starts from $80 per hour onwards.

TEA MOMENTS @ PURRFECTION SUITES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made by between The Wagington Pet Hotels Int’l Pte Ltd, a SingaporeLimited Exempt Private Limited Company (hereinafter called “The Wagington”) and the patron/customers participating in the activities held at Purrfection Suites. By proceeding with the reservation, you accept and agree with The Wagington (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out below), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

Disclosure

By agreeing to this Agreement, all patrons/owners agree to all Purrfection Suites Rules and certify to the accurate disclosure of all information provided to The Wagington either in writing ororally specifically represents that pet is healthy and meets The Wagington’s published vaccinationstandards for all private venue hire. Patrons/Owner represents that each time Pet is brought to The Wagington, Patron/Owner is recertifying that Pet is in good health and has not had any communicable illnesses of any kind of 30 days prior to visit. Patrons/Owner further agrees to inform The Wagington of any changes in Pet’s condition and/or behaviour prior to subsequent visits. The Wagington reserves the rights to refuse service to any Pet for any reason, at any time, including, but not limited to: pets lacking proofs of vaccinations, pets displaying signs of untreatedor potentially contagious conditions and/or pets exhibiting aggressive or unacceptable behaviour. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms “Pet” or “Pets” refer to all pets under said ownership of Owner who utilize services at The Wagington, either now or in the future also agreesthat The Wagington have the rights to require the provision of identity or proof of age to permittingentry into Purrfection Suites and failure to provide such document will be deny entry.

Assumptions of Risk

Patrons/Owners acknowledges there are inherent risks and hazards, potential or otherwise involved including risks of bites, scratches or allergies otherwise which cause losses (including indirect or consequential losses), death, personal injury, disease, allergies, illness, discomfort, pain or suffering, property damage and/or any other damage of whatsoever nature and howsoevercaused, to you, your other invitee(s), your property and/or the property of others whether causedby any intentional or negligent act, fault and/or omission by our cats, Patrons/Owners acknowledgesthese risks and hereby releases and waives all rights to claim against The Wagington, its employees, members or agents, from any and all losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with any communicable disease, airborne virus, or any other medical condition or injury contracted by Owner’s Pet at The Wagington.
