General Services Administration (GSA)
• Agencies can only do business with vendors on GSA Schedule 70 and 84 that have the following icon:
GSA Facts: • Agencies are not obligated to use the GSA ACS contracts.• Agencies do not have to submit a PUR 7102 form in order to use GSA 70
and 84. • GSA is not mandatory for IT vendors. • GSA should cost a vendor no more than $539.00 to join.• GSA has a Fast Lane Program for vendors who meet certain criteria
under GSA Schedule 70 for a faster application process.

Completed Alternate Contract Sources• Tires, Tubes, and Services – Adopted new NASPO agreements with
Bridgestone and Goodyear. New contracts expire 3/31/24.• Comfort Stations – Adopted State of Louisiana agreement with
Granny’s Alliance and OK Cascades. Contracts available for emergency preparation and response. New contracts expire 12/31/19. Two renewal years remaining.
• Boat Motors – Adopted FWCC contract with Central Florida Yamaha dba Boater’s World Marine Center. New contract expires 6/30/22. Routing BRP, Inc. for approval to adopt new contract.
• Furniture - All Types (except Hospital Room and Patient Handling) –Adopted NY agreements. New contracts expire 12/1/23.

NASPO contracts with multiple vendors in addition to the existing Sourcewell (formerly NJPA) contracts offered. Sourcewell Flooring contract expires 2/16/2020. NASPO Flooring contract expires 12/14/2020.
• Mobile Onsite Shredding - State Purchasing adopting DOR contracts upon solicitation award. Current contracts expire 3/31/2020.
Upcoming Renewals• Online Auction Services – Contract with GovDeals for signature for
two-year renewal. Current contract expires 8/19/19. • Food Delivery Prime Vendor Services – State Purchasing intends to
renew upon Florida Department of Corrections renewing. Current contract expires 9/30/19.
• Dental Supplies – MMCAP renewing/extending all three contracts –Henry Schein Dental, Darby Dental and Dental Health Products, Inc. New expiration dates will be 8/31/20 (Darby Dental) and 9/30/20 Henry Schein Dental and Dental Health Products, Inc.
• AEDs and Accessories – State Purchasing intends to renew upon NASPO renewal. Current contract expires 10/4/19.

Microsoft Premier Support vs. Unified Support
• DMS learned that Microsoft may be keeping Premier Support; STC expires 2024.
Rental Vehicles
• All customers, including State employees, should have issued identification badge available for rentals, both business and leisure.
• Enterprise will be asking for badges to identify all eligible users.
DMS Website cleanup continues
