comprises 3 basic pump configurations offering heads up to 7.8

bar (113.1 psi) (50 Hz), flow rates up to 135 m3/h (35,663 g/h)

(50 Hz), and system pressure up to 16 bar (232 psi).

LOW N PS H APPLICATION S

The variant PUMAi+ pumps use an inducer in the inlet to boost

inlet pressure and reduce the risk of cavitation. This makes

PUMAi+ pumps the perfect solution for applications with very

low NPSH.

PUMAi+ pumps can also manage high viscosities and gaseous products where centrifugal pumps are normally inefficient to use.

The APV brand inducer is unique in that it is effective across a wider area of the pump’s capacity, making it the most flexible choice.

DOU B LE M ECHAN ICAL S HAFT S EAL

PUMA+ pumps are available with a double mechanical seal

for pressurised flushing or a barrier medium. PUMA+ pumps

fitted with a standard single mechanical shaft seal can easily be

converted for double mechanical shaft seal operation using two

identical shaft seals and an adapter.

end-suction pumps designed to maximize the life time of the

APV brand Ws+ is a range of sanitary self-priming pumps based

on a unique technology applied exclusively by APV, showing

substantial improvements over traditionally designed self-

priming pumps.
