    Every person or institution holding uoney lodged atinterest in Western Australia is hereby required to fur-nish a statement showing the nnmes and addresses ofdepositors to each of whom interest in excess of £20was paid or credited during the year ended 30th June,1941, and the amount of interest paid or credited toeach.

    A return of the total income of every partnership ishereby required to be furnished by the partners residentin Western Australia or by any one of tlmenm. Wheretisere is no partner resident i,, Western Australia thereturn is required to be furnished by the agent inWestern Austin ha for the partnership.     A return of the total income derived in Western Aus-tralia by every trust is hereby required to be furnishedby the trustees resident in Western Australia or by anyone of theum.
