Construct a new 450 student elementary school on JBLM Lewis-North2. Consolidate Greenwood &amp; Clarkmoor into a new 650 student school</p><p>3. Replace Hillside elementary school with a new 650 student facility4. Replace Beachwood elementary school with a 450 student facility5. Consolidate Carter Lake and Heartwood into a new 500 student school6.
