• Established by Sec 137 PFM Act 2012
• Ultimate power and mandate to facilitate publicparticipation in the County Executive.
• Governor, CECs and representatives nominated byorganisations – professionals, business, labourissues, women, PwDs, elderly, faith based groups.
• Purpose:– Preparation of county plans, the CFSP and CBROP– Matters relating to budget, the economy and financial
management at the county level.– Serve to reach out to citizens
