EXAMINATION RELATED TERMSEXAMINATION RELATED TERMSSBA – School Based Assessment: Assignment(s) done in school which account for a percentage of students’ final examination mark. Students who do not submit their SBA will be marked as absent for their final examination in that subject.

CXC – Caribbean Examinations Council: Examining body for the CSEC and CAPE examinations

CSEC – Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate: Ordinary Level Examination done at the end of students’ Form 5 year

CAPE – Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination: Advanced Level Examination done at the end of students’ Lower 6 and Upper 6 years
