Straight Slotted Liner
RGL’s proSLOT™ slotted liner sand control device (SCD) is manufactured to create a straight slot in the base pipe, reducing sand infiltration while maintaining superior mechanical strength and integrity. The straight profile provides a reliable, durable, and economic solution. RGL’s patented thermal deburring technology effectively deburrs the ID of the slotted liner, reducing the risk of induced pressure drop.
RGL developed the API certification for slotted liners, allowing us to provide the highest standards in quality, accuracy and delivery. Our innovative manufacturing methods and rigorous quality control standards provide a variety of slot configurations with precise tolerances. Based on core particle size analysis, RGL can custom design sand control devices (SCDs) according to specific reservoir sand distribution, optimizing sand retention and inflow/outflow distribution with various slot designs. Our extensive manufacturing capabilities ensure quick production turnaround time to meet customer demands and scheduling.

Seamed Slotted Liner
RGL’s proSEAM™ slotted liner sand control device (SCD) is manufactured to create a “keystone” profile of each slot, reducing sand infiltration and plugging potential while maintaining superior mechanical strength and integrity. The seamed profile is engineered to incorporate a primary and secondary sand control mechanism. RGL’s patented thermal deburring technology effectively deburrs the ID of the slotted liner, reducing the risk of induced pressure drop.

Wire-Wrapped Screen
RGL’s proWRAP sand control device (SCD) is a direct or slip on wire-wrapped screen positioned over top of a slotted or perforated base pipe. Longitudinal ‘rib wires’ are placed on the circumference of the pipe, whereby profiled ‘wrap wires’ are wrapped around the rib wires and contact welded in place to form a continuous helical slot along the screen section. proWRAP provides high mechanical strength and superior corrosion and plugging resistance.
proWRAP offers a variety of wire profiles, materials, and base pipe perforation and slotting patterns to ensure sand control performance meets the application.
proWRAP is manufactured in an API Q1™ and ISO 9001:2015 certified facility using ISO Grade V1 Validation wire wrap.

Punch Screen
RGL’s proPUNCH® sand control device (SCD) is a slip on punched screen positioned over top of a slotted or perforated base pipe. The sand bridges form inside the apertures, and the inflow is axial vs. radial. proPUNCH provides superior corrosion and plugging resistance.
proPUNCH offers a variety of profiles, materials, and base pipe perforation and slotting patterns to ensure sand control performance meets the application.

Woven Metal Mesh Screen
RGL’s proMESH™ is a sand control device (SCD) that consists of multiple mesh technologies positioned over top of a slotted or perforated base pipe. Typical mesh layers include a support core, filter media, drainage layer, and protective shroud. The filter media is the core of the sand control mechanism and is engineered to meet the reservoir requirements. proMESH is designed to filter a high percentage of sands and is used in high velocity wells.
proMESH offers a variety of wire profiles, materials, and base pipe perforation and slotting patterns to ensure sand control performance meets the application.
