WORKSHOP B1 PARTICIPANTS PROPOSE
to the governments of the Baltic Sea countries to work closely together with NGOs dealing with lifelong learning, civic education and labour market issues; to get know each other and to have a dialogue
for NGOs to implement and develop the Lifelong Learning Strategies in their countries and share best practices with representatives of other countries in the region
to select the best programmes, experiences and solutions for NGOs dealing with lifelong learning and civic education for better employment and to recommend these for other Baltic Sea NGOs not only at the Baltic Sea forums, but also through creating networks between NGO-s of the Baltic Sea countries to have an active exchange of experience on the aforementioned topics between the forums.

ADULT LEARNING IN NON-FORMAL SECTOR FOR LABOUR
MARKET STATE AND NGO COOPERATION ON STRATEGICAL LEVEL need of dialogue between two sectors; ask politicians and
decision makers to your events to encourage politicians and decision makers to be involved in
learning or teaching activities at non-formal adult education centres (awareness raising)
to ask politicians and decision makers to be job shadows of NGO leaders
more state financed courses for learners with special learning needs;
corporate social responsibility for adult education institutions to educate employers / raise awareness
