IDEAS FROM THE WORKING GROUPS

  ADULT LEARNING IN NON-FORMAL SECTOR FOR LABOUR

MARKET STATE AND NGO COOPERATION ON STRATEGICAL LEVEL need of dialogue between two sectors; ask politicians and

decision makers to your events to encourage politicians and decision makers to be involved in

learning or teaching activities at non-formal adult education centres (awareness raising)

to ask politicians and decision makers to be job shadows of NGO leaders

more state financed courses for learners with special learning needs;

corporate social responsibility for adult education institutions to educate employers / raise awareness
