1.4 Value Proposition
For IT organizations struggling with the high cost and inflexibility of the old “one server, one
application” model, Promin Group can improve the efficiency and availability of IT resource and
applications through virtualization. About 70% of a typical IT budget in a non-virtualized
datacenter goes towards just maintaining the existing infrastructure, with little left for innovation.
Application management and maintenance should not be as high as buying the licenses every
year. Average support model is 20% of License price not TOC of the application that company
relies on for the core business. This mindset will bring a lot of savings to your organization.
Promin Group can free your organizations IT admins from spending so much time managing
their resource pools rather than innovating. Virtual environment typically save 50-70% on
overall IT costs by consolidating their resource pools and delivering highly available machines.

As Promin Group, we provide datacenter migration, which is data and equipment safe, seamless
and simple. Our project managers creates a project plan which is driven based on the following
requirements:
• Project scope and scale analysis
• Budgeting requirements
• Timeline requirements
• Risk assessments
• Asset inventory and spare parts requirements
• Data migration requirements and methodologies
Then our engineers design virtual and physical migration, data capacity, network capacity, where
project managers determine the transportation method and finalizes gap analysis. Once our
customers approve the design, our solution provider team who has extensive background

3.1.2 Virtualization Promin Group provides virtualization services at enterprise level as well as end user level. For
enterprises, server virtualization abstracts the operating system and applications from the
physical hardware give you cost-efficient, agile and simplified server environment. Using server
virtualization, multiple operating systems can run on a single physical server as virtual machines,
each with access to the underlying server's computing resources.\
For end users, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is an intelligent desktop virtualization
solution that delivers enterprise-class control and manageability while retaining operating system
user interface same as physical desktops. With VDI the end user gets a complete, unmodified
virtual desktop that behaves just like a normal PC while the organization receives the benefits of
standard environments and centralized management without significant new capital expenditures.

Desktop virtualization enables companies to offer a “Bring Your Own Device” program. Virtual
desktop is fast becoming the dominant technology that allows employees to choose from a wide
range of devices—tablets, laptops and smart phones—and encounter a uniform experience across
the devices.
A streamlined virtual desktop infrastructure offers a number of benefits that enhance security for
the business, while providing greater control at the user endpoint.
Virtual desktop infrastructure is:
Flexible – The user desktop is decoupled from the device to allow access from any device,
anywhere, as long as network connectivity is available.
Scalable – Companies can improve utilization of computing resources by quickly provisioning
or de-provisioning desktops for users and external contractors.
Secure – Corporate data is stored in one location, rather than on individual machines, so 100
percent of the user’s actions occur within the data center and are encrypted.
Accessible – Self-service and applications-on-demand make it easier for employees to
accomplish their work, and it facilitates desktop administration and hardware support for
companies.
Economical – By centralizing and streamlining desktop management, companies can reduce
operating expenses. For example, 5-15%.

3.1.4 VIP Support Executive / VIP services may also include things like quicker response times, automatic
prioritization of requests, and not making higher ups use self service portals.
In most organizations, frankly, if “Executives aren’t happy, nobody is happy”. They use
technology to achieve their goals. We believe that “Frustration” is not an option for our services
to Executives. This is why Promin started the program called EMOS (Executive Management
Online Systems).
This program gives all executives “platform agnostic” reach to their information and build their
BI (Business Intelligence) model individually. Basic rule is; “My information follows me and
finds me!”
Promin team’s dedicated resources work with executives and build their profile together. Set
their important information pools and the way that they expect to receive. They monitor and
maintains their needs 24/7 window within an hour of SLA. This proactive service gives our
executives access to uninterrupted productivity, connectivity, and security. Also, this approach
gives IT teams their valuable time back, to plan and conduct their daily routine without
interruption. User community is expecting all their requests to be answered in timely fashion.
Which, it should be within the SLA’s that’s been presented and accepted by the user community.
Promin Groups VIP program allows you to have your structured information and VIP service
with you all times. We keep all VIP data on their segregated Vaults. There is always a “Stand-
By” equipment waiting for an urgent replacement delivery. This equipment is up to date with all
the latest changes and documents. If you loose your laptop, mobile device, or even your desktop,
we'll replace it for you 24/7, by delivering to your current location.

If you’re out of one-hour delivery location radius, Virtual Profile will kick in and you can use
any equipment securely as a part of your EMOS (Executive Management Online System).
This will give you the freedom of digital working platform any where any time. No “Frustration
(s)” attached.
We are here to work with you. Safe and Sound!
3.1.5 Project Management
Promin project management office services allow organizations to benefit technology in their
stressful project environment. Our project team will work with project executives/directors/leads
within many other categories. Some of these categories will the water fall model as well as the
scrum oriented approach. The common denominator for all these different projects are “5” major
verticals that we’ve inherited from our experiences for successful and efficient completion of
projects.
Scrum is an agile methodology that can be applied to nearly any project; however, the Scrum
methodology is most commonly used in software development. The Scrum process is suited for
projects with rapidly changing or highly emergent requirements. Scrum software development
progresses via a series of iterations called sprints, which last from one to four weeks. The Scrum

model suggests each sprint begins with a brief planning meeting and concludes with a review.
These are the basics of Scrum project management.
Promin project management approach follows the following lifecycle:
1. Initiating
§ Key information related to the project § Costing § Resource needs § Pass through to Workflow approval § Strategically Aligned portfolio with the corporate strategies § Does it score card or graphical view? § Portfolio Analysis § Capacity planning needs (How any people, what kind of roles to fulfil the project) § Forecast capacity need for potential projects. § Do, “what if” planning…
2. Planning
§ Organize project structure § Enter activities, schedules and their durations § Milestones § Categorize activities § Establish relations in between activities and dependencies § Create Views to define the way you’d like to look at the project § Compare schedule and the baseline § Analyze the quality of the schedule base on the thresholds that’s been defined § Assigning roles, resources to the activities by their roles, proficiency and skillset from
the resource pool. § Assign their time percentage for dedication to the activity. § Calculate their cost to the project task per hour basis § Analyze resource usage and utilization § Take corrective action(s) to notify project manager(s) or scrum masters per tasks § See tasks and assignment list clearly. § Resource analytics and resource allocation snapshots to plan resources out by “top-
down” approach
3. Executing
§ Create project workspace. (Project Centric Information) § Track important project information (Dashboard View) § Issue management § Document management § Track Progress and collect progress updates

§ Track time sheets associated with the tasks and completions (Daily, Weekly and Monthly consolidations)
§ Create live feed online monitoring application interface for project tasks and overall picture of the project
§ Create transparency in between department leads and partners
4. Control
§ Create early warning indicators § Visibility for the entire enterprise (within corporate policies and procedures) § Collaboration platform for workflow process and versioning of documentation § Create role-base information store for personal score cards to track progress and
performance § Efficient access to related documentation § Manage Cyber Security of data working with IT team § Create ODB (Operational Database) from CDB (Central Database) § Transfer data to information by ETL (Extract transfer and Load) process § Transform “Information” to “Intelligence” along with corporate decision making
processes working with project director, project leads and board chairs. § Transactional two-way e data communication to/from active disaster recovery site § Project Level, Portfolio Level and Detail level project intelligence reports § Report project earned value
