Projects in the Works
This quarter Paramount's crewsare working diligently to completethe drywall and stucco contracts atthe Dermatology and Surgical Centerin Key Biscayne, Florida for GarmonConstruction ThisisanAHCA(Florida's Agency for HealthcareAdministration) approved medicalfacility. We are also nearing thecompletion of another medical facility,the Baptist Medical Plaza in Davie, forArellano Construction.
Paramount is also busy doing workat multiple educational facilities inthe South Florida area. At FloridaInternational University, TamiamiCampus, our workers just startedthe drywall contract on the FIU SIPABuilding for Suffolk Construction.This is our third project for SuffolkConstruction during the last two years.At the University of Miami we continueto complete the drywall contract at theUM Alumni Center under the directionof Arellano Construction and workbroke ground at the UM WellnessCenter which Arellano just awardedto us.

In Okeechobee, Florida, we recentlycompleted the stucco contract at theFlorida Seminoles Veterans BuildingforD.E Murphy Constructors, Inc.
Our residential division is still a littleslow due to the continued economiccrisis but we are managing tocomplete a few units for Pulte Homes,Centex Homes, D. R. Horton, and
New Urban Communities amongmany others in Southeast, Central andSouthwest Florida.

This year we continue to sponsor the Sony EricssonOpen Tennis Championship held in beautiful Key Biscayne,Florida from March 24th to April 4th, 2010. This year theevent was another huge success by drawing spectatorsfrom all corners of the world. This championship continuesto be a major stimulus to the local South Florida economyas well as to all the charities it supports like Champions forChile, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, TennisAgainst Breast Cancer and First Serve. ABC Fall Golf Tournament
