Canara Bank case - Update
• The Reconcilation Meetings with Canara Bank, which had been suggested by
the Hon. High Court while examining the Appeal of Canara Bank, ended in
failure because Canara Bank took a inflexible stand. On the due date set by
the Hon. High Court for hearing the outcome of the Reconciliation efforts, in
view of the failure of the reconciliatory meeting, our Advocates were permitted
to file Objections to the Appeal.
• The Objections have been drafted and are being verified before filing.
• The Hon. High Court will take up the matter of admission thereafter, the date
of hearing will also be advised later.

In August 2015, we completed an acquisition of a residential property
just behind the existing property which we had bought from the
Peshwas. This property can be used for future developments in

• On 31 October 2014, Shri Chitrapur Math Charitable Trust (SCMCT) executed an agreement with Gram Panchayat of Village Kundaim for acquiring plot admeasuring 21075 m²
• Plan to build Orchard and Meditation Centre post getting all necessary approvals
• Expect to be on regular itinerary of HH Swamiji in the years to come
