ProjectorProjector

The projector is used to display the images that appear on the various studio screens onto the whiteboard. It is ceiling-mounted and should be operated only from the Studio Controller Screen.

Activating the projectorActivating the projector

The projector is automatically switched on when the studio is powered up and by default will show the picture from the computer screen.

As part of the normal studio shutdown procedure the projector is automatically switched off. The projector can also be switched on or off via the Studio Controller.

Press this button on the studio controller to display the controls for the projector.

Press this button to display the far end of the conference on the whiteboard, this is particularly useful in large rooms or lecture theatres.

Press this button to display the picture shown on the local monitor, this will include the outgoing camera pictures, still images (documents) and videos.

Press this button to display the picture shown on the computer screen in your studio, you will use this mode to display electronic slides (like this one!)

To return to the main screen on the studio

controller, press the ‘Home’ or the ‘Back’ button.
