a) Only 3% investors trade in the derivatives.

b) Only 20% investors invest by own and most ofthem are doing trade from last one or twoyear.

c) 75% investors follow delivery pattern.

d) Most of the investors get information throughagents.

e) Every fifth demat account holder is karvy

customer.



LIMITATION

a) People are hesitate to disclose informationregarding financial portfolio.

b) 45 days training is not sufficient .

c) The biggest problem faced is the very wideand vast geographical area of the city andresources were limited.

d) 100 people are not the real representative of all

the customers.



SUGGESTION

a) To keep good relation with customer.

b) To provide good tips while they are trading.

c) The company should give proper informationto customers of their dealing via e-mail , fax ortelephone at regular intervals.
