National Level
During the current project phase, SPARC shall assist the relevant organisations to incorporate CBMS methodology in their regular programs at the local level in particular training of their local level officials and establish systems for collection, analysis and utilization of data at household level and country level. The Gama Neguma Programme comes under purview of the President and is a major channel of state funding for rural development.
