    1.1 Scope

    The scope of this pro)ect is a full co&&ercial re&odel of the -nd

    and 7rd 8oor ofthe propert% located 9 :3-2 .roadwa%, As well as the building of a new rooftopdec5, The initial ti&e fra&e should be appro;i&atel% :-th-3:>* a &a)orit% of the wor5 will be done b% (uane Allan S&ith andhis crew of professional well respected Sub Contracted Professionals* all of whichare licensed in the state of Colorado* It Includes Electricians* Plu&bers* andCarpenters,

    1.2 Milestones

    Well there are a few milestones in which we aim to have completed by certain timeframes,the first being the Purchase and Abaitment of the building, as well as the Demo of which thegutting of all floors and the preparation of the roof top will be done. (We also need to makesure that we may use the South acing space of which Diamond Shamrock has to approvefor either our roll off or !ur office trailer can be placed for appro"imate time of pro#ect$ Weaim to have complete by the % thweek in &anuary ')%, running simultaneusly we will havethe 'ndmilestone to complete by around the same time as the ) st milestone, of whichincludes the procurement of all permits and licenses needed for the business. *hat includessubmitting and paying all fee+s and getting them issued. *he rdmilestone is to get the initialremodel started in Which all -lectrical and Plumbing will be done and the eginning of theroof+s reinforcement and waterproof sealing shall begin and the decks initial construction willbegin around the time the abaitment is completed. % th/ilestone is to get all insppectionsdone as soon as each phase below is completed. !nce each inspection is passed we will

    begin the ne"t phase and get through until the final inspection and we pass.

    1.3 Phases

    The Pro)ect will be co&pleted and organised through the following list of speci?cactivities in which will be bro5en up into tea&s and their speci?c responsibilitiesin which shall follow through the co&pletion of each phase* and allowing for the

    1.5 Tasks

    0*he electricians, )sttask is to pull the old copper, and install any of the conduit needed forrepairs of old conduit, they will be 1nstalling Primary Dedcated circuit panels on the ' nd, rd

    and rooftop. *hey will then be putting in the new commercial grade copper for all electrical

    circuits. Another task later is for them to also install any and all low2voltage wire for all-lectronic locks, 1* grid and 3etworking throughout as well as installing & o"s, Switches,Sub panels and reaker bo"es, all electrical for lighting and 4156**AP- 1nstall both insideand outside of uilding, and !utlet bo"es. !nce the Deck is built and all of the 5a7ebo+s,Staging and *russ is built, they will also be installing all necessary hardware and outlets aswell. *hey will be there for the course of dealing with inspections and other necessary thingsregarding retrofitting and all 8cel and government rebate and credit application processesand installations.

    *he Plumbers and 69A: )sttask is to identify all usable rough21n and as built materialscurrently in building. ;nlike other work, a plumber has to wait on others while completinginstallation of plumbing system in the uilding, After ma#ority framing done it will take about

    three weeks for our crew, and most e"perienced plumbers to perform all water and drainpiping in the roughly ), s< ft building which has % large bathrooms, ' small singlerestrooms, ) full commercial =itchen, plus ) full service ar, as well as ) Shower, ' mopclosets, and a laundry (internal only$ facility. And > rooms with hand sinks, and % waterfountains. All of which will need running water and drainage through out.At the end of the whole pro#ect, appro"imately ' weeks will be devoted for installation of allfi"tures.

    1.6 Efort

    1n order for us to have success in achieving our set ob#ectives and primary goals is to followour timeline of which the proper management and itinerary must be implemented and proper

    lines of communication must be established early on and all sub contractors must be reliedupon to follow through with their tasks and if any problems do arrise it is the Pro#ect/anagers Duty to be able to provide a viable backup, if any sytems breakdown, it is to beremedied as
