horizon. Vida is clearly on the outskirts of Panaji, as per the trend we can expect a growth of 15% p.a over the next
5 years taking the prices to 7000 psf.
5. Balance - The Club is first of its kind in Goa. It will clearly set Vida apart in terms of “living quotient” from other
projects. A facility like that will fetch a better ROI compared to market trend, and a facility like this will add another 2
to 3% of premium.
