Project Boards What is it? All young scientists will need a project board, also known as a tri-fold, to display their work. For a scientific investigation, the project board provides an elegant and easy way to display your question, hypothesis, materials, procedure, data, results, conclusion, etc. It's also a great way to display photos and other eye-catching elements of your project. There are examples below, but really any way your young scientist displays their project on their board will be acceptable. Where do I find tri-folds? The Grand Ridge PTSA is selling the Tri-Folds for $5. Contact Theora Dalupan if you are interested at tdalupan @ hotmail . com. The tri-folds are the standard single-ply boards that are also available in most craft stores and office supply stores, such as Michaels and Staples in Issaquah. Come to the Science Fair Kick-Off Assemblies on Tuesday, February 15 (K-2 nd Grades) and Thursday, February 17 (3 rd -5 th Grades) to see examples of completed tri-folds, get ideas of Science Fair Exhibits, pick-up registration forms and guideline packets, and get answers to your questions.
