I chose the department heads and a teacher from each area to get a wider rangeof responses to the survey. I included one technology teacher to get an overall view of the campus technology needs.

Survey Information Demographic

• Do you know why you are asked to complete the StarChart every year?

I added a question regarding the StarChart survey to get a better understandingof the teacher’s knowledge for completing the survey. As you can see, almost 50%of the teachers do not know why they complete the survey. This is a major issue thatneeds to be addressed to administration for future teacher training.

StarChart findings for 2011 showed an increase from two to three, however,the chart above shows that 50% of the teachers are unaware of the technology tools available to our students. This item will need to be further address withadministration. Possible solution offer future training on this item.

This could bea result of teachers not using the appropriate communication tools to report their Issues. Solution, provide teacher training on how to use the campus work order system.
