They also own over 100 retail/service stores nationwide. Marketing Objectives Through an enhanced member benefits package, this Major Travel company was looking to increase member acquisition and retention. The national program had to have high value, be relevant to a variety of customers, be cost effective, and easy for customers to use and employees to communicate. The program also had to be implemented in both digital and print. Our Solution Entertainment ® Rewards & Incentives created a comprehensive member benefit program for new memberships and renewals. Entertainment ® also licensed offers for two 64-page coupon books with $750 in savings that the client gave out to customers as a reward for new or renewing memberships at the retail locations. The offers in the books were targeted at the recreational vehicle market and included discounts for dining, shopping, travel and more. The offers were both regional and national. In addition, after joining, members were given access to 375,000 offers through a custom member website and mobile app. The site also included offers specific to the retail store by including a web page of printable coupons for their own products. As an added benefit, Entertainment ® created an Employee Perks site, a learning tool to educate their employees on the benefits provided by Entertainment ® to help when talking to customers, and also giving them the benefit of savings.
