It has been hereby established and registered a company calledSCALO INVESTMENTS (Proprietary) limited trading as Scaloconstruction. The company has two directors namely MzwandileNgobese and Jabulani Maseko both of them are Swazi nationals.

Scalo constructions main objectives are to provide services in all

types of construction works.

c) The companys overall technical management is led by MzwandileNgobese, he holds a Diploma in construction which he attained atSwaziland College of Technology and Jabulani Maseko holdsBcomm in financial accounting. Mzwandile Ngobese startedworking at TTA Civil pty LTD as a foreman until he started ScaloBuilding Construction at part time basis and now he is full timeGeneral Manager. Mzwandile has vast experience in constructionbuildings and he has worked under WHBO constructionMagwaneni, Manzana, and Maduma ii resettlement houses, Sportscentre at Lobamba, residential flats at Mbangweni e t c.

d) The company has qualified and experience plumber, electrian,carpenter and brick layers who are capable of construction workswithin given time.

e) Whilst we are capable of carrying out construction work, we haveexperienced associates in other fields of specialist in the industrywith whom we co-contract. We also have all general tools andequipment necessary to carry out our services and we hire specialtools as per the requirement of each project.

10. Business set-up and operation

Scalo building construction was formed as a meaningful way tocreate wealth and empower employees by imparting technical skillsin the field of construction. Mr Jabulani Maseko is in charge of theadministrative aspect of the company. He is responsible of securing

jobs, job costing and tender preparation and price negotiations withclients.

Depending on the scope of work and condition of construction jobs,the company is willing to sub contract. This practice enablescompanies to pool resources and ensure projects are completed

timely. The company has staff complement of eight depending onthe size of the project; recruitment is done in accordance with thestages of a project. This is done to ensure the company does notincur unnecessary costs. This is a practice the world over in the

construction industry. Being experienced professionals, the twodirectors are astute business persons with planning, financialmanagement and organizational skills.
