Utilizri:realizarea plafoanelor cu schelet de susinere metalic;placarea pereilor;montarea bordurilorde margine pentru a prelua inegalitile peretelui;nglobarea i fixarea de perei a profilelor de susinere la tavanele dingips-carton;realizarea racorduri la tavan;confecionarea mtilor i a pereilor pentru instalaii;mascarea rosturilor de dilataie.

Lungimile standard ale profilelor sunt de 3000 mmi 4000 mm. La cererea clienilor, aceste produse se potconfeciona i laalte dimensiuni. Se livreaz n pachete.

U-shaped perimeter profiles for fake ceilings and gypsum-board walls, are metallic elements made

of zinced metal sheets, cold laminated, 0.5 or 0.6 mm thick.

Uses:

metallic support structure ceilings;wall plating;mounting side rims for taking over the irregularities of t he wall;incorporating and fastening support profiles for gypsum-board ceilings;ceiling connections;making shields and walls for installations;masking dilatation joints.

The standard lengths of the profiles are 3000 mm and 4000 mm. Upon clients' request, these

products may be manufactured also in other sizes. Delivered in packages.

3000x250x400Profilele portante tip CD, realizate din tabl zincat, prin laminare la rece, cu grosimea de 0,5 mm sau 0,6 mm,sunt profilelede susinere aleplafoanelor false, de ele fiind fixate plcile din gips-carton. n funcie deprocedeul de suspendare i ncrcare, exist diverse soluii. Dimensiunile acestora se potrivesc cudimensiunile profilelor perimetrale n form de U cu care se mbin.

Utilizri:

realizarea plafoanelor false;

mascara rosturilorde dilataie;realizarea racordurilor la tavan;

mascridin gips-carton.

Avantaje:

uor de montat (datorit sistemului de noduri flexibil, modular);economic (chiar i pentru structuri portante cu geometrii complicate);sigur(datorit proiectrii tehnice mbunatite a sistemului).

used to support fake ceilings, fastened to gypsum-board plates. Depending on the suspension and

loading procedure, there are various solutions. Their sizes match the sizes of the U-shaped perimeter

profiles with which they connect.

Uses:

fake ceilings;

masking dilatation joints;

ceiling connections;

gypsum-board shields.

Advantages:

easy to mount (due to the flexible and modular node system);

economical (even for carrying structures with complicated geometries);

safe (due to the enhanced technical design of the system).

Traversa CLIP pentru profilele CD este elementul metalic realizat prin laminare la rece din tabla zincata cu

grosimea de 0,6 mm, utilizat pentru fixarea profilelor CD.

Ghidajele n form U norma DIN sunt elemente metalice cu alte dimensini ale laturilor exterioare,confecionate din tabl zincat, prin laminare la rece, cu grosimea de 0,5 mm sau 0,6 mm i realizate pentruscheletul pereilor despritori din gips-carton.

Utilizri:

primirea i transmiterea ncrcrilor din scheletul metalic de susinere al pereilor de gips-carton, ctrestructura de rezisten a cldirii;realizarea structurilor pentru perei de compartimentare,cu fixarea n podea i plafon;placarea pereilor.

CW stanchions, structural profiles for gypsum-board partitioning walls, are metallic elements made of

zinced metal sheet, by cold lamination, 0.5 or 0.6 mm thick. They are mounted in UW guides, being the

vertical stanchions of the structure of gypsum-board walls. The gypsum-board plates are fastened to

the CW stanchions whose length matches the interior heights used in buildings, thus, the quantity of

waste from cutting the profiles to the size is minimum. In order to achieve perfect joining, without special

elements, the sizes of the CW stanchions match those of the UW guides.

C stanchions are telescopic (they can be joined and extended without other accessories). The standard

lengths of the profiles are 3000 mm and 4000 mm. Upon clients' request, these products may be

manufactured also in other sizes. Delivered in packages.

Montanii CW, profile de structur pentrupereii despritori din gips-carton, sunt elemente metalice realizatedin tabl zincat, prin laminare la rece, cu grosimea de 0,5 mm sau 0,6 mm. Acetia se monteaz n ghidajeleUW, fiind montaii verticali ai scheletului pereilor din gips-carton. Plcile din gips-carton se fixeaz demontanii CW a cror lungime urmrete nlimile interioare uzuale la cldiri, astfel, cantitatea pierderilordintierea la dimensiune a profilelor s fie minim.
