Collaboration attracted to the University

Three renowned senior faculty (two from onshore and one from offshore) were attracted

to this University for their sabbatical leaves. One of them (Dr. P.O. Lawal) completed his

sabbatical in June, 2011 while the second person from onshore (Dr. K.O. Olusola)

completed his sabbatical leave in May , 2014 after an extension by a year. Also, three

senior faculty members (one from offshore and two from onshore) joined the Department

in 2014/2015 on sabbatical appointment. There are also collaborations with the

University of Johannesburg, Johannesburg, South Africa, University of Lagos, Lagos,

Nigeria on research activities.
