Originally from South Africa, where he achieved his degree in Fine Arts & Entertainment technology, Dylan moved to the Middle East where he worked alongside our CEO Joe Bright. It was from this collaboration that Joe approached Dylan personally, with the opportunity to run our production division in the UK.
Dylan, a seasoned production creative, has held many titles throughout his career, including production manager, creative manager and field art director. His portfolio includes a number of the world’s most impressive attractions comprising – Ferrari World, Atlantis, LEGOLAND Dubai, Bollywood & Motiongate, and most recently before joining us, Warner Brothers Themepark – Abu Dhabi, where he was a Senior Field Art Director. Dylan is now responsible for the global production direction of the business.

Our FactoriesOur initial factory, based in East London, was established in 2010 as an extension of our creative studios.
As the company has grown, Scruffy Dog relocated and opened a new factory in the industrial capital of the UK, Birmingham. Here, we occupy a 40,000 sq. ft facility staffed by a committed team of creatives. Using some of the latest technology and machinery, they ensure each project, themed prop and set is constructed to the highest specification.
In 2017, Scruffy Dog achieved ISO 9001 certification, making us the only ISO certified company with facilities in London, Barcelona, Dubai and Shanghai.
