It details the areas of responsibility under MLC 2006 for the ship’s Senior Officers in relation to onboard compliance and also covers certification and non- compliance issues. It is intended that this CBT module will be part of a package of modules and management tools, which together, will allow Shipping Companies, Ship Managers, Ship Operators and Senior Officers onboard ship to effectively achieve, manage and maintain compliance with the Convention.
