HIGH EFFICENCY WATER COOLED DUAL SCROLL COMPRESSOR CHILLERS

Tandem Chillers original modular design allows chillers to be physically removed from the chiller group while the rest of the system continues to operate. Dual 410A compressors chillers range from 10 to 85 tons with a maximum of 12 chillers in one group.

OUTDOOR AIR COOLED DUAL SCROLL COMPRESSOR CHILLERS

Range – dual 5 hp up to dual 15 hp compressors with two fans, dual 20 hp with three fans and dual 30 hp in a four fan chiller using 410A with the maximum number of 12 chillers in one group.

SINGLE AND DOUBLE PUMP PACKAGES Range - 25 gpm to 1000 gpm, 1 ½ hp to 40 hp pump motors, discharge pressure 30 hf (15 psi) to 150 hf (65 psi)

Indoor Single or Duplex pump package • Pump Piping matched to chiller headers • Available for chilled water or condenser water • Suction strainers on each pump with isolation valves • Automatic swing over of failed pump to stand-by on duplex pumps • TEFC motors, 1750 or 3500 rpm • Pump controller communicates with System Remote Master • NEMA 1 (EEMAC 1) Control panel

SERVICE-IN-PLACE CHILLERS

Tandem Chillers introduces a new line of SERVICE-IN-PLACE dual compressor water cooled chillers where the water piping, water shut-off valves or motorized valves are accessible from the front of the chiller and the refrigeration components and the compressors can be serviced or removed from the back. A maximum of 12 chillers in one group.

The chillers are available as standard four pipe chiller water cooled, dedicated heat reclaim or dedicated heat pump chillers. A six pipe arranged for simultaneous heat reclaim and heat pump or a six pipe arranged as a Dual Use of Source Water also for simultaneous heating and cooling.
